At Lunar Imports, we streamline the shipping process for our Amazon resellers, ensuring that your experience is both cost-effective and efficient. Here’s how our process works after you place your order:

Completing Your Order

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will prepare your products for shipping. Both FBA prep services and shipping are completely free for Amazon sellers, allowing you to maximize your profits.

Necessary Documentation

For resellers purchasing gated products, you'll need to submit specific documentation to Amazon, including:

  • Paid Invoice: This verifies your purchase from us.
  • Letter of Authorization: Provided upon order completion, confirming your right to sell the gated products.

While you submit these documents to Amazon to complete the ungating process, you have flexible options for your inventory.

Inventory Options

Warehouse Storage: You can choose to keep your inventory stored in our warehouse while you complete the ungating process. This allows you to manage your stock without immediate shipping.

Shipping to Your Address: Alternatively, if you prefer, you can request that we ship your products to your private address. Preparing and delivering your order will take approximately 4 to 5 business days after payment verification.

Shipping Options to Amazon FBA

Once your ungating is complete, you can choose one of two options for shipping your products to Amazon FBA:

  • Create Your Own Shipment Plan: If you’re familiar with Amazon’s process, you can create your FBA shipment plan independently. We’ll provide all necessary details, including product dimensions and shipping addresses.
  • Delegate to Our Team: If you need assistance, grant child access to your dedicated sales manager at Lunar Imports. Our team will manage the shipment plan creation for you, ensuring everything is handled smoothly.

Free FBA Prep and Shipping

Both our FBA prep services and shipping are entirely free for Amazon resellers on qualified orders, helping you focus on your business growth without added costs.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your shipment is prepared and on its way to Amazon or your address, you will receive a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your shipment until it arrives.
